In this role, you’ll work directly with me and I’ll teach you the secrets on what it takes to build a top 1% YouTube channel.
From the packaging of the videos, how I come up with ideas, how I write scripts, working with the creative team, and even the business aspects of building a massive personal brand.
My goal is to pass my knowledge to you so you can do this craft at the highest levels.
You’ll also get to work with my team, who are all ambitious and motivated to take our brand to new heights.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
This is a full-time remote position. I’ll come up with the video ideas and the direction. Your job is to turn my ideas into scripts, and create diagrams to explain ideas in a simple way.
You will also look at the final scripts and performance data to figure out what we can do to make our scripts even better.
This isn’t just some writing job… you’ll need to deeply understand marketing, psychology, competitors, and even the AI landscape in order to produce top 1% YouTube scripts for our channel.
Room to Grow
You’ll start with writing scripts, but as you get more experience I’ll show you how to come up with ideas, do YouTube packaging (title, idea, thumbnail), landing pages, webinars and take more ownership working with the creative team.
With me, you can go as far as you want to go.
Special Note
To be honest, I don’t care if you’ve ever done copywriting before or not. What’s most important for me is that you have a decent writing base, you know what good is, and you have the willingness to drop your ego to learn.
In my opinion, anyone can get pretty good at copywriting in 3 months with my guidance. What I’m looking for is someone I can see myself working with for the long run to take our brand to the next level.
Your Task: YouTube Intro Brief
Write an introduction for the video titled “10 Claude AI Side Hustles That Can Pay A Full-Time Income (Ranked List)”
The premise is most AI side hustle videos on YouTube are unrealistic
In this video, I’m going to give them 10 realistic side hustles they can start with zero experience, and they can choose the best one for them
I’ve personally helped countless 9-5ers make $10K per month and sign their first clients even if they started with zero experience
Include bits on how the knowledge they’re about to learn in this video is what allowed me to quit my 9-5 job to move to Vietnam and build my online business while having the freedom to travel to new countries every month and train Muay Thai every morning
